Professional Plumbing Resources (Jarrett and Adam) just finished a big project on my duplex. Interior upgrades helped with the funtionalty of the space and brought the plumbing up to code. They removed and updated an old concrete washtub, a sump pump, tied in plumbing from both basements (each with a washtub and sump pump with a block wall between), added a lift pump for the washtub's discharges, and rearranging the layout of pipes to make the spaces more efficent. Outside they tied in the gutters with the new separate sump pump discharges into a bubbler system. There was more involved, they explained each step and left a clean work area each day. They worked until the job was finished, including replacing the concrete that needed to be dug up for the bubbler system. I had an unrelated and unexpected plumbing issue happen as Jarret was leaving and he had it fixed in no time!! I had estimates from a few other companies and I feel that I received the most honest and knowledgable information from PPR. Professional every step of the way.

Only thing to keep aware is they only take cash so keep that in mind haha but overall very good and would recommend anyone to these guys! You won’t be disappointed!

Vito and his crew did an excellent job of extending a concrete walkway from our driveway to our detached garage, and also to our back patio (we’ve been walking in muddy grass for too many years). Vito’s pricing was reasonable, and he works very closely with his customers to ensure the layout and final installation is exactly what the customer wants. His crew is extremely hard working and experienced, and throughout the construction they all helped ensure that every step of the installation process met our expectations. Such diverse wildlife. Highly recommend doing all of the hiking trails. So many birds, deer, chipmunks, frogs, etc. Park benches are set up throughout to allow you to just sit and enjoy your surroundings.
We had a large maple tree pruned that had suffered through a few Buffalo storms. We could not be happier with the work they did. I highly recommend them.

Called ahead and made a first time appointment with Sara for my 5 year old daughter. I was so nervous and Sara was absolutely incredible! My daughter has very difficult hair and Sara cut it to perfection! She also did an eyebrow wax for my 12 year olds first time, I cannot say enough good things about this woman! She will definitely be our hairdresser from now on!

Tammy and Danny are caring and fair. They are not over priced. And they work very hard. This is the only place that is able to give me a gel mani that DOES NOT CHIP. This is my favorite place to have my nails done.

Was recommended to come here from a friend. Thap was so nice and thorough. Her massage was light and perfect for me as anyone else I have gone to I feel like they are beating my feet up ?. She did an amazing pedicure and my toe nail polish has never looked better! Indid upgrade to the luxury pedicure with the hot stone massage and OMG! Will be booking with her again in the near future. Another huge plus: online booking is available, and I was seen right at my appointment time!

I’ve been a client of Laurie’s for several years now, and each time you are in her chair there is absolutely no experience like it! I have never felt like my appointments were rushed. I spent many years at salons where my stylist was rushing for their upcoming clients or taking walk-ins and working on both me and another person at once. She is dedicated to making your experience with her personal and relaxing. Her salon is meticulously maintained. She takes the time to listen to what your hair goals are, both long and short term. Needless to say I have never left her salon not completely in love with whatever her hands have crafted. If you have the opportunity to sit in her chair, I promise you won’t regret it!

we needed our sump pump replaced and a sink installed in the garage. After several outrageous quotes, a friend referred us to John and Lancaster Plumbing/Pipeworks. John was prompt, polite and informative. He explained what, why and how of his proposal. The work was performed in half the time of the other quotes, the clean up after was excellent and everything works perfectly (it has been a couple of months). I had 2 large cottonwood trees removed which were in a difficult spot so as to not cause any damage to garages and fences they were by. The Doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained everything ..it was a consult for extractions.upfront with sedation usage and guildlines.provide a full outline for today's visit and further visits about cost and my insurance.

Very compassionate staff. We took our pup here all the way from Rochester after being informed of the quality of care offered. The vet tech Meg and veterinarian, Dr. Herr were great handling my dog who can get anxious and reactive at the vet.Dr. Herr took time to explain his concerns and did a very thorough examination.These people clearly care about animals.
