We have many realtors in our life but something told me to go with Don Smith, after meeting him on a of couple occasions. Not sure if it was his amicable professionalism or his attention to detail but we decided to have him and his team list our house. I’d forgotten just how much is involved in listing and selling a house, but Don had all the documents sent and coordinated all the prep work in record time. Don saved us. We were in a pinch, striking out and not happy with our realtor. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint.He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even came with a few tricks up his sleeve to give us an edge in this rediculous housing market. He found us our dream home with no compromises, and helped us purchase from 3k miles away. I highly recommend Don to anybody and wouldn’t think of using anyone else, again.
