If I could give this salon no stars I would. I recently got my hair done by Smara.(picture posted) I showed her a picture of what I wanted she told me she wasn't sure how light she could get me which I was ok with because I thought I'd be getting a light brown. Whelp I paid $165 to walk out of that salon with orange hair. I have been in contact with her and asked for a refund and she refused. Told me the only thing she can do is bring me back to dark brown. I understand she used "a lot" of product for my hair but to pay $165 to have brown put back in my hair is insane. And here I am having to spend another $150+ just to get it fixed. Bad business!!!!!Service: Balayage

I came here for the first time after my regular hairdresser moved here. I have been seeing Samara for close to 15 years she is an unbelievable hair stylist as well as colorist. I am happy that she has moved to salon 282 as it is much better than her prior establishment. There is plenty of room to sit and the other hairdressers, especially the owner is very kind and friendly. I was watching as they worked on other peoples hair and everyone walked out of there looking beautiful! The only problem I ran into was that I was going to be late for my appointment and there is not a main number that you can call to get a hold of your hairdresser. Or at least the day I was calling, nothing went through.

Very good service. They were very accommodating and polite. The man who did my nails was very nice, fast, and did a great job I only didn't give 5 stars because of the atmosphere. The building seems very old. It looked cluttered and not spa-like at all. It has a trashy feel, I wouldn't expect such great service just from first appearances. I suggest giving them a try though. Overall, I was very satisfied with my ecperience.
