Our second major renovation with Quality PM; this one consisted of new flooring upstairs, and redesigned master and hall bathrooms. As with our first reno (redesigned kitchen, new flooring, windows, new fireplace) the experience is what you imagine it should be: professional, timely, with attention to details. From the first meeting through the final walk through, the process was easy, and definitely not stressful. They utilize an app that allows you to look at all aspects of the project (daily logs, photos, and the finances)We love how happy we feel when we come home to our "new" house. We had our kitchen redone back in 2021 and Quality PM was amazing. We were worried about a contractor who would be hard to get in touch with and would drag out the project. We didn’t need to worry about any of that with Quality PM. They were here everyday and finished on schedule. They use a mobile app for communicating and scheduling which was great. Quality PM was amazing to work with. Gregg was there every step of the way. We did a complete renovation down to the bare bones and Quality PM ran everything so efficiently that we never had to feel worried or stressed.
