We got call from Kim who said "Brian" could be here at 8:15. Promptly and cheerfully he knocked at 8:15. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. Their fee was extremely fair. My husband called and as busy as they were doing some really big jobs, they found a way to get to our house within a couple of hours of our initial phone call and cleared the problem. “I called Paul during a recent heat wave. I was out of town and my wife was working from home-it was 87 degrees in the house. The owner Paul was there within an hour. He diagnosed and attempted to repair my outdoor unit. Sadly the old R22 dinosaur had given up. Paul installed a state of the art Bosch heat pump system for me. He worked in the attic when it was in the 90’s. I’ve had Taub do work for me in the past and I am always very pleased with the outcome. Personable, professional, prompt. “I have had Crisafulli over several times since my last review in 2018... twice for the main house trap needing to be unclogged; once to have the old cast iron house trap replaced with smooth PVC; and once to have our main line inspected. While usually I am at my worst when these emergencies come up, Crisafulli is always at their best. They are helpful, friendly, come quickly (Red Carpet Customer plans are likely why), and their rates while not the cheapest are a good value to me. Without them, I would be in trouble!“
