Joe is an old school barber. You walk in, he cleans everything up, you chat for a little while while he takes care of things, you pay him and you leave to him saying "... see you later." It's great, he's great, and a vet.

All I ask for is a simple professional cut and Joe delivers every time. Don't be deterred if you walk-in and there are people in front of you...Joe will get to you in no time at all.
