“I am extremely glad I chose to use AG fencing for my install. Alexander came to my house for an estimate and was very professional and easy to talk to. The fence was done less than a week later. The guys that did the install were very nice and respectful. They needed nothing and just came to work until the job was done.

With that said the fence and gate were installed in one day and came out perfect. We were missing a couple of caps but Alexander came back the next day and put them in for me. He reminded me that I have a 10 year warranty on the fence in case anything gets damaged, rocks or a ball, and it’s completely worry free.

“Wayside is the best of the best. The customer service we received from Sal is far beyond anything I've ever seen in any industry. The fence that was installed by the previous owner at our house in Smithtown was discolored from the sun after many years. Sal helped us track down what type of fence it was (because it was unrecognizable from the original) and told us that it had a warranty. The warranty allowed one transfer of ownership but ONLY with the original purchase receipt, which we did not have and nor did the previous owner. Sal leveraged his relationships in the business and advocated for us for MONTHS until the company agreed to replace the fence entirely, which ended up saving us tens of thousands. Then he put us in touch with an installer, Milton, who did an incredible job at a reasonable price. Keep in mind he didn't make money on the warranty replacement or the installation - he just helped us out of the goodness of his heart. If you're in the market for a fence, you'd be insane to work with anyone else.“

“Highly recommend Franklin and his team at Whitehouse fence. The work they did is impeccable. We have a large property with unique terrain and need a few fixes and installation of new fencing, two different types of fences (chainlink and estate fencing), and child safety locking gates. Whitehouse was able to come in and give us a great written estimate and performed the work shortly after. The result is flawless. “After receiving a recommendation from my cousin's neighbor regarding the installation of a blacktop driveway, I contacted Eastland Fence and two other contractors to make an appointment for an estimate. Elvis from Eastland Fence came to my home and began measuring my driveway, asking me questions along the way. He inspected the surrounding area as some of the concrete near my flowerbed needed to be cut in order for the blacktop to be squared off. Elvis explained how many days it would take for each "step" of the process. Definitely not a "pushy" sales pitch. He wrote me up a fair estimate right there and then. No waiting. Considerate, informative and helpful with his opinions. I was never left in the dark -- I always knew what the next step in the process would be. When installing blacktop, there are days when you cannot drive your car onto the driveway. All details were explained thoroughly, kindly and professionally. A yellow "caution" tape was placed across the apron of the driveway. Elvis explained how pavers need to edge the blacktop for reinforcement. I asked him to try to match the shade of my front entrance pavers as closely as possible. The match was perfection. Immaculate cleanup each day. I'm in my home since 1985 and I finally love my driveway. Now all I need is a new car to go with it!“

Unlike other companies that we've spoken to, James made this process very simple and built the railings exactly how we wanted them.
