I had my basement stairs done recently the guys at Step By Step were amazing. Cleaned up afterwards better than I would have thought. Very professional. And no question was too small for Rob the owner to address it and take care of it. Amazing. So glad companies like this with old-school values still exist. Amazing job. I loved everything about it.
Step by step built stairs for my basement back in July of 2020. Rob was nice, punctual and his pricing was very competitive. Sorry for this super late review. I don't write these but he's deserving of one. I'll be calling him for railing soon.
Rob recently installed a new staircase and railing for me. The quality of the work is excellent and the price was competitive. Rob was friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend using Step by Step.
