Great experience when they are open, lol they don't open until 11am daily, (God bless) so if you need immediate service, or questions about an installation you have to wait until they open. Otherwise very knowledgeable and Friendly to deal with!
I would like to thank Bart, Ray, Mike, and Jenny for all their assistance, patience and thoroughness, throughout this process. Beginning with the selection of our Mendota fireplace, through installation and follow up. A seamless and professional operation. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Sleepy Hollow is knowledgeable and kind. No question was ever too silly. Ray showed us around the showroom and answered all our questions, both in the store and at our house. He spent time discussing our situation and explained all our options clearly. Mike and Joe were very professional and neat on the installation. We highly recommend this company!
