Bart is a very knowledgeable salesperson and gave us a lot of good guidance. We ended up with a Mendota gas insert and are very happy with our choice. Bart also helped with choosing a surround plate as well as the warranty extension. Jen handles all the scheduling and also has terrific product knowledge especially concerning the complex remote control. Mike confirms all the in home measurements and did a great job with the installation. They were timely and very professional from beginning to end. They coordinated everything with the propane gas company and it went very smooth.
