Everyone at Sleepy Hollow is knowledgeable and kind. No question was ever too silly. Ray showed us around the showroom and answered all our questions, both in the store and at our house. He spent time discussing our situation and explained all our options clearly. Mike and Joe were very professional and neat on the installation. We highly recommend this company!

Bart is a very knowledgeable salesperson and gave us a lot of good guidance. We ended up with a Mendota gas insert and are very happy with our choice. Bart also helped with choosing a surround plate as well as the warranty extension. Jen handles all the scheduling and also has terrific product knowledge especially concerning the complex remote control. Mike confirms all the in home measurements and did a great job with the installation. They were timely and very professional from beginning to end. They coordinated everything with the propane gas company and it went very smooth. If you are considering a gas fireplace I would recommend Sleepy Hollow Stove and Fireplace and believe you will be very happy with the decision.

We had such a positive experience working with Sleepy Hollow. They were informative, patient, and thorough in helping us make a decision on what to purchase for our gas insert. Now it looks beautiful, not to mention the amount of heat it gives off! Highly recommend.
