“I just used Patken Photography for my daughter Sophia's Sweet 16 photos and the service was amazing from the beginning. The owner Doug video chat with us and made us feel comfortable and confident about our choice. The photographer David was awesome. He pays attention to the little details to ensure your pictures come out stunning. The day of the Sweet at the Larkfield (which did a phenomenal job) he was punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure he got all the great shots. “I brought my two puppies to the spa for their first grooming (I had anxiety as they are my fur babies) Andrea’s spa is warm and inviting. Andrea and her husband are soft spoken and true genuine animal lovers. They communicated with me throughout the puppies grooming to fill me in on the progress and how the puppies were doing. Ranger’s journey with Royal Paws is nothing short of extraordinary. They got him as a puppy and trained him into the remarkable service dog he is today. Ranger is now a vital part of our family and works with me every day at my practice, helping patients feel comfortable and calm. The training and foundation Royal Paws provided have allowed Ranger to travel all over with me, including trips to Albany to meet with legislators and state senators, where he always behaves impeccably.

Ranger’s talents don’t stop there. He even took on the role of an actor in a local production of Annie, flawlessly following every command on stage. One of the owners from Royal Paws even showed up backstage to support Ranger during his performance, demonstrating their genuine care and dedication to the dogs they train – even long after they are no longer their responsibility. This level of commitment speaks volumes about Royal Paws' passion and integrity.

Although we haven’t used their membership or daycare services, we frequently board our dogs there when we travel and rely on them for training. Their ability to connect with and understand each dog’s unique needs is truly exceptional. We continue to be grateful for everything they’ve taught us and how they’ve helped us build a stronger bond with our pets.

“This place is the only vet that would accept my new rescue pup these days, as other vets had long wait times and/or were not acccepting new patietns. It was not easy to find them, but im glad I did - the building is in a side street off Jericho turnpike and the building is quite simple. No fancy lights, fragarances, or expensive waiting area - they see the pup, treat her and kiss her goodbye.I cannot quite easily explain it with words, but what comes to mind is - simple bliss. The staff is lovely, the vet is funny and straight to the point. there is no fluff to get your money, if you are looking for fluff and shiny websites or pretty buuldings this place is not for you. They love the pet for what the pet is - a living animal who needs care, and I love that.the first visit was the fastes visit to a vet ( or any doctor for tha tmatter) i ever experienced. in and out in under an hour with all vaccinations, exam, nail trimmed and blood drawn.“

“No complaints here! He’s always punctual and patient with my 3 pups. I know my 3 little “ladies” are feisty and difficult to groom; my son takes hours with only one, but this guy gets the job done in 30-40 minutes each and is not fuzzy about their knotted hair! Yes, they have long curly hair! They’re shihtzus. After their grooming, they look good, smell good and look happy and playful, I don’t see any signs of trauma here, so I’m surprised with the poor reviews & Oscar has not groomed them for over a year because my son had been doing it during the Covid-19 pandemia. He’s not a rookie; he’s groomed dogs for long time!“
