This company is 100% a scam. I work in business and I've dealt with them at 4 different properties. They employ pushy sales reps who try to be real friendly until they hook you with a free sample product. They will continue to send products you DID NOT ORDER. If one of your employees speaks with them, they will claim he or she authorized an order. I watched this unfold and was present for their call to one of my employees. It is a scheme and do not EVER do business with them.

I am a Property Manager at a complex in the Cincinnati, OH area and received a phone call today (July 11, 2024 at 11:13AM) from a "Tom Walker" asking for my maintenance supervisor's name and to speak with him. I told him he was unavailable as he was out on the property, and I asked what it was regarding, and he stated "Oh, just to go over some maintenance items that can be ordered, I'll leave it at that." When I asked what company he was with, he hung up on me. This company calls and asks for Plant Ops name and then places an order on behalf of person. When questioned they state it was ordered. They continue to send items that were not ordered and expect to be paid. SCAM
