We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. We left our dog for 6 days this time. We have used them in the past. What most impresses me is how they take care of diga by their individual personality. All week we got text messages, pictures, videos of our dog. As shy as our dog is she was able to adjust and got exactly what she needed. Felt she was safe and that she was cared for. That's all that mattered. I cannot be more thankful for the care they gave our dog Thai week. Staff is wonderful so was the owner.

I don't know what I would do without Willow Pet. I have been putting my cavapoo puppy in doggie day care a few times a week and it's been a life saver! When I go to work, I leave Winnie there for 6 hours which is half a day and the price is so affordable! The staff is so friendly, caring, kind, and enthusiastic. It is a happy place. Winnie's tail is always wagging when I drive up to the hotel. He has learned to be social and get along with all types of dogs. He even went in the little pool they have for them during the summer. Whenever I come there everyone is so excited to see my puppy and it makes me feel so comfortable leaving him there!
