Dr Chen was excellent with my Rottweiler. We met outside which was perfect as my dog can be a little difficult to handle around other dogs and I was concerned about an infection. I’ve only met 2 doctors so far but both were great. I appreciate the excellent bedside manner. Very competent and knowledgeable as well. Thank you
Staff is great, the doctors really take time with your pet. It's so heartwarming when your pet is recognized, and everyone is so happy to see him again. The front desk staff is always so helpful and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They love to come around the front and pet my dog. It relaxes him and makes him feel so calm.
We’ve been bringing our Chihuahua here for over 10 years. The staff are always cordial helpful and friendly. The doctors always knowledgeable, thorough, and especially compassionate. After a night in the ER at an over night animal hospital and them giving us an ultimatum of thousands of dollars in testing or putting him down that night- we pulled him right out and took him here the next morning. Patty got me an appointment right away. They broke down their testing in importance, were a lot more reasonable in cost, and gave us options. Dr. Perfetto helped us to come up with a game plan and . We walked away feeling better after coming here.
