Great Salesman that ended up being a con man. He runs a ponzie scheme. Every order he places as a contractor was either ordered wrong or not ordered at all. I can go on and on. By the way, how much did you pay for the positive reviews? Stay away!!!!
We had quite the vision for our project and Steven was always there to say yes and help us tackle our dream. There was nothing too big or small for his team, moving a staircase, adding a bathroom, adding a 14foot deck, building a custom entry way, etc- and even though our timeline kept growing, he made sure we finished every step, and stuck with us through the end of our project. When it comes to his clients, Steven truly values the relationship, and his team of skilled workers gets the job done!Services: Home building
The contractor we hired subbed out the work to this company. What a mistake! The owner, Steve, is terrible at planning jobs, lies about the availability of supplies, and bounces checks to multiple workers. I worked in construction for over 10 years. I scheduled, planned, and coordinated major projects. I've dealt with many contractors who are all better than this company. Work on our project was done and re-done multiple times. The owner would tell me there were shipment delays for items he had ordered. I would call the different companies and they would tell me nothing was ordered. I caught him in multiple lies throughout the project and even attempted to mix our white oak flooring with red oak flooring! We had to have a floor specialist come in to test the flooring and show him the results so he knew we were aware he was lying. He would tell me workers were on site and when I got to our home there was no one there working. I had to practically beg for receipts and copies of the budget. I never received one receipt and lost thousands of dollars in rebates for the new septic system and heating/cooling systems. When I finally received a copy of where we were with the budget, he claimed we were $88,000 over on materials. Again, not one receipt was produced. Work was continually delayed due to his inability to schedule appropriately and we ended up doing the final work to obtain our CO from the town ourselves. Our project took nine months longer than originally promised. Stay away!
