UPDATE: The remaining part of the project was installed this morning. I' very happy with the whole project now. This contractor offers a great selection of wood flooring. The owner Greg is personable and very helpful. His installers are skillful and efficient -- and very nice. The flooring is beautiful and a perfect match to my existing floors. The reason for my 3-star rating is because a thin transition strip (to finish the break between carpet and the flooring) -- which was quoted on and paid for -- is yet to be installed. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and the end result exceeded my expectations.
Selecting flooring to use throughout our condominium was a daunting decision. Greg Siddons helped to facilitate the decision and stayed with us during the installation and final walk-through. Greg and the installation team were caring and professional throughout the experience. We left one room undone and are going back to Floor Coverings International as soon as we can!
