Very unprofessional, negative attitude, poor communication, understaffed, don't care type attitude, neglect parking lot, cheap when it comes to repairing things, greedy, just plain horrible, doesn't care about tenants

Do you not get an apartment through Flach Realty. They do not communicate whatsoever you can never get a hold of anybody. Aaron and Wendy both abandon everything unless it comes to them getting money. I do not recommend even considering this company. Their laundry mat catches fire every couple years and when it’s not catching on fire the machines never work. But they saturated the market where in order to live in the area you pretty much have to go through them. It’s sad because Coxsackie is such a beautiful Community
