Yoga near Cortlandt

“What a truly lovely place. The energy there is beautiful. We found it through the Facebook page of an amazing local artist, Nadine Gordon-Taylor. Eileen (I hope I got her name correct) was so kind and helpful. She even gave us a tour of the place as there were different rooms. They have a crystal room; a room that features jewelry and candles; healing rooms and a larger room where they have gatherings for yoga, sound baths and much much more. They have Tarot Decks and Oracle Cards too. I wish we lived closer. We do plan on going back and maybe even try to attend meetings when we can. Thank you! P.S. There is a parking lot directly outside.“
