I had multiple issues in getting parts and my dishwasher repaired. I must commend the service tech Joel who listened to my concerns and then took the initiative to research the issues and found the solution. Dishwasher is now working.

Technician was friendly and competent. He determined that the ice maker didn't work because of a broken wire which he promptly fixed. He said the bookrate was $338.00 which is outrageous for 40 minutes work.
