“Brought my Sharpei mix Daisy here to be groomed and my timid Berner puppy just to watch and get exposed. Brittany was great about letting us just hang out. Last visit my Berner was also groomed and I fed her treats and kept her calm while she was groomed. Most groomers wouldn’t appreciate an owner hanging out but we were treated kindly and respectfully. I’m confident it won’t be long before we can leave both dogs in Brittany’s hands. Best shop I’ve ever been to.“

“We had some difficulty with the Beacon Vet holding a script hostage for our dog that has addisons. they made a decision after they moved to their new location, that my dog who usually gets tested once a year needed to be tested twice a year. When I refused the twice a year testing, they said they would no longer be able to give us a script to our dog's life saving meds ( if she doesn't get her shot once a week, she will die). This was not the first issue but the one that broke the camels back. We switched to Hudson Highlands. We heard the pros and cons.took a chance and were glad we did. They are not warm and fuzzy to humans but they are very warm and fuzzy with the animals. They don't push me to buy supplies or push me to do unnecessary labs that do not need to be done. They spend time with our dogs and are there to answer any questions they might have. They are very thorough.“
