I have owned the hidden fence dog containment system by Hudson Valley DogWatch Hidden Fence Systems for 18 years...I couldn't be happier. This system has been awesome for my American Brittanys. Just recently I had a small concern and called to troubleshoot my issue. I was pleasantly surprised to speak w/ Tippie whom I've worked with for over 13 years...she is awesome and got thru my issues w/ a warranty scenario. Hudson Valley DogWatch as a company is great to deal with and knowing that the customer service / support staff (Tippie) is there to help with any / all issues is comforting.
