So far so good! I just started taking my cat here but from what I can tell they're organized, kind, and I don't find them to be too expensive. I haven't had to use it yet but they offer emergency services for your animals as well.
4/2025 We have a 6 year old cat that lost weight due to not eating and was eating her hair. We have not been to a vet so we got some recommendations. I made an appointment that was unfortunately 2 weeks a way but was told to call each morning to see if there were cancelations. We were there on Friday.
The vet was AWESOME with our kitty. He put her on some meds to get rid of hairballs and fleas and made a very good kittypal!
We were back with our 11 year old dog. We had to take her in because we thought she fell and got hurt. We weren't sure if she couldn't see us or if she was in pain. We called on Monday, they had us bring her in then. Chiweenie with lymes disease...read full review
They got me in, even though there was a mishap.
My Mom scheduled an appointment for the 29th for my cat, by moving the appointment for the dogs we have to a later date. It got confused, and the appointment was mistakenly cancelled.
when i arrived for the appointment, they had nothing for me, and they still figured out a way to squeeze me in.
These folks literally turned a day ruiner around, and i appreciate them so much for that.
