They say u can have a home but then during covid n after there 2 nd time filling bankruptcy they refuse to work with u and don't care about anyone n they are not decent n they will not work with u during a world wide pandemic. They r sickning.
My wife and I signed the papers to buy our home on land contract they were very friendly and explained everything for us thoroughly...wonderful people to work with and we are very excited about our new home...and unlike many other places that do the same thing their prices are resonable
I am asking about a house I would like and its been about 6months and nothing done with it. I have emailed and called and left messages and trying to get a home for a family of 5 which we are currently in a 2 bedroom. Its getting frustrating and we have arbor housing and no one will return our calls.
