Joe was thorough and organized from our first meeting through the end of our reception. Kept us on track with preparations for his part. Professional, helpful and flexible. We had some uncooperative weather and an issue with guests deciding they didn't like a particular musical game - in both instances Joe was able to adapt to the situation and make it all work out nicely. Price was reasonable, equipment all worked well, he had an assistant for what he needed, followed all of our requests. In short, he was easy to work with and did what he said he would when he said he would. Would use again.
Have taken our lab there twice and when we pick him up, he's always calm. Kennel is clean and Jennifer is great with the animals.A+
Ashley was amazing! She spent the session concentrating on my neck and upper back. She was mindful to check in on pressure. At the end of the session, I felt incredibly relieved and pampered. I think I may have dozed off, or at least went into the most relaxing peace of mind I've had in ages! 10/10 recommend!!!

All the reviews on Kifflyn are accurate. She is an incredible stylist. In 40 minutes she shampooed me, cut 10 inches off my hair and turned it into a flawless Hollywood-worthy lob. I am blown away. I lived in the DC area for 10 years and have had $150 haircuts that didn’t look half this good and took twice as long. The hype is well deserved. I won’t go anywhere else.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had going into a salon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by someone up front. The place was immaculate. It was so clean and decorated so nice. Every single little detail in this salon is perfection. I felt like I was in the most high end luxury place. I felt so comfortable and welcome. The staff was all so professional and polite. Everyone was so engaged with their clients. The energy was so calm and just so welcoming I can’t stress enough. The lighting was great so you know what you’re getting done is how it is going to look when you leave the salon. It had great natural light all over the salon. Maybe something I only appreciate lol. I came in with my roots so grown out like 8 months of regrowth. I also had yellow bands of areas that were not even from a previous stylist. I showed Lorin exactly what I wanted. I wanted as platinum blonde as she could get me. She spent from 9 am til a little after 2 working on me. It was a lot of work on her end. She didn’t make me feel like I was any inconvenience. She didn’t rush and took her time on me. She gave me the exact results I wanted without damaging my hair. She was so outgoing and friendly and had amazing customer service, and you can tell doing hair is her passion. Not only that but her knowledge about hair and just her professionalism was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about her or the salon. Finally found a place I can trust to do my hair. I've been bringing my boys here for haircuts for close to a year now. Brent always does a great job cutting their hair just the way that they want. They only charge $16 for a cut, which is extremely reasonable. You do need to make an appointment ahead of time on weekdays, but on Saturdays they do walk-ins.

This was my first time here. I absolutely loved the service I received. My hair was in terrible condition and I was ready to cut it all off. The stylist (Halie George) assured me I wouldn't have to do that and made some suggestions. Let me tell you my hair is in the best condition of my life and the hairstyle she gave me is beautiful. She also did my mom's hair and made my mom look amazing. My mom told me today that she doesn't feel like an old lady anymore. She really does look a lot more youthful. The salon was clean and peaceful and I noticed it doesn't have that weird chemical smell that most salons do. Bonus points they are open on Mondays now which most salons in the area are not.
Haley did an amazing job with my coloring and curtain bangs. During the whole experience we had great conversation and she made me feel confident in her abilities. She's newer to the shop but she fits right in.
Always treated great, answer my questions and get me in and out as quickly as possible. Yes sometimes scheduling is an issue but you can't always get what you want when you want it. They do the best they can to help you.
