“Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future“

“Top notch Dr. and his staff. Pitbull Hope had a growth on and under her eyelid and a small tumor on her leg. Did both while she was only under once. She is tip top 3 days after surgery. No discharges, infections or anything else. He will be our vet going forward. Thank you both. Sincerely.“

A colleague referred me here and we have been blown away by: 1) the empathy on the phone 2) the availability for an appt 3) the time Dr.Tara took to listen to the background, review records from the former vet, and explain a strategy. “Both brothers are wonderful. Treated my pup great. I had double cherry eye surgery on my 5 Mos. old puppy. Dr. Cintron put my mind at ease. Everything went well.Only problem I have is I can never tell them apart as they are identical twins.Whenever I call with a question they always call me back.I had been looking for a new vet and picked Twins because of all the great reviews. I am very happy I found them.“

“Highly recommend. Use to take my pugs there for all the vet needs and was awhiles taking care of. Unfortunately my pugs passed. I have a pitbull now and was using another vet until my dog was in so much pain she couldn’t walk. That vet told me they can’t get her in for two weeks and if she’s in that much pain she can be on the waiting list. Minded I wouldn’t be calling if she wasn’t in pain. I brought her here the whole 6 years I’ve had her so far minded. . Called dr templeton office and they asked me about my dog cared about how my dog feels and her pain level didn’t have an app to the next day but the lady Lauren understood my dogs needs called me back and got me in the same day. Now my dog is up this morning walking and happy. And I can’t be more grateful and thankful. 5 starts all around. Everyone should bring their pets here.“
