“How fortunate we were to have found and engaged Family Fence! In this day and age, there seem to be few companies that LISTEN to their customers, take such GREAT CARE in examining and understanding the specifics of the job situation, explain things IN DETAIL, plan the job thoroughly and perform the work with such DILIGENCE and CARE. Before deciding on a fence installer, we had several other companies visit our property for a site inspection and an estimate. None of them came even close to the professionalism of Family Fence. Frank and his office staff, Christian (the site preparatory inspector), and Pablo and his great installation team should write a book on how to start, plan and complete a fence install job. The job involved replacing our old stockade fence with a 6' white vinyl fence. The old "who-knows-when-it-was-erected" 256' stockade fence was rotting and falling apart. Slats and pickets were missing/broken. Several of the 33 4'x4' posts had rotted and snapped in high winds. A few of the 8' sections of stockade fence had recently blown flat on the ground. The installation crew arrived on time, unloaded their tools and supplies and got to work. First, they removed the old stockade fence and put the debris in their truck. Unlike other contractors we've engaged over the years, everything Pablo and his crew did was done with great ATTENTION TO DETAILS: measuring, digging the holes, leveling, and building the fence. They patiently listened to our concerns and answered every question we had. [Along the fence line, there were several trees that, over the years, had grown wider at their bases...and we didn't want those trees to be damaged. With good planning and some extra care and work, they beautifully navigated those situations.] The crew worked quietly and tirelessly through the morning and afternoon of an extremely hot day, with temps in the mid-90's and high humidity. Each of the 4-man crew knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. And, with Pablo, they worked extremely well as a team. And, when finished at 4:00 pm, they left the work-site spotless. In our years of working with home contractors, we have never been so all-around satisfied as we are with the entire team from Family Fence. Their pricing was fair and we highly recommend them to anyone contemplating having a new fence installed on their property.“

“I am extremely glad I chose to use AG fencing for my install. Alexander came to my house for an estimate and was very professional and easy to talk to. The fence was done less than a week later. The guys that did the install were very nice and respectful. They needed nothing and just came to work until the job was done.

With that said the fence and gate were installed in one day and came out perfect. We were missing a couple of caps but Alexander came back the next day and put them in for me. He reminded me that I have a 10 year warranty on the fence in case anything gets damaged, rocks or a ball, and it’s completely worry free.

“I had a large overhead door (22' tall) installed by Darren at American Door and could not be more satisfied. It was a large job and needed a crane and bucket truck. They installed it quickly and were very efficient. I will defiantly use them again.“

“After receiving a recommendation from my cousin's neighbor regarding the installation of a blacktop driveway, I contacted Eastland Fence and two other contractors to make an appointment for an estimate. Elvis from Eastland Fence came to my home and began measuring my driveway, asking me questions along the way. He inspected the surrounding area as some of the concrete near my flowerbed needed to be cut in order for the blacktop to be squared off. Elvis explained how many days it would take for each "step" of the process. Definitely not a "pushy" sales pitch. He wrote me up a fair estimate right there and then. No waiting. Considerate, informative and helpful with his opinions. I was never left in the dark -- I always knew what the next step in the process would be. When installing blacktop, there are days when you cannot drive your car onto the driveway. All details were explained thoroughly, kindly and professionally. A yellow "caution" tape was placed across the apron of the driveway. Elvis explained how pavers need to edge the blacktop for reinforcement. I asked him to try to match the shade of my front entrance pavers as closely as possible. The match was perfection. Immaculate cleanup each day. I'm in my home since 1985 and I finally love my driveway. Now all I need is a new car to go with it!“
