Gave us written estimate which we agreed upon.
Both jobs were completed timely and we are very satisfied.“

“I received 2 estimates. The original one was $1,260.57. I saved a screen shot of this estimate. The following day I received another estimate for over $1,800 with no explanation why the price changed overnight (even though I sent an email requesting an explanation regarding why the price went up over $600.00).
It initially took 2 days and 4 phone calls just to get a service man here for a diagnostic of the issues with my ac. I was charged $150 for that, and I was told I would have an estimate by Friday later in that day, or possibly Monday. Again, after many phone calls with many mixed messages contradicting each other, I did not hear back from this company with an estimate for 6 days, then finally the 2 different estimates consecutively with the price jumping from $1200+ to $1800+ overnight, with no explanation why, even though I requested one.
I have a 10 year warranty on my air handler and I asked one of the women I spoke to, why this wasn't covered under the warranty? This ac was only installed in 2017, but I've had to call for service for the past 3 seasons each summer. This brand new ac only worked for 4 years without any issues until 2021. This unit required service every summer following 2021 (2022 through current 2024). The woman I spoke with said she was going to discuss my 10 year warranty with a manager, yet she never got back to me regarding this??.... I only received 2 different estimates through emails, with a note attached explaining that the estimate price can go up at anytime during service and I'm obligated to pay no matter how much this price may escalate. Who in their right mind would ever sign such an agreement???.....especially after all the mixed contradicting messages I'd been receiving from All Weather over the course of 6 days during a heat wave, while I had no working air conditioning. Needless to say I would NEVER do business with this company. My experience with All Weather was AWFUL. Your prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I was told that my internal drip pan was leaking and it would take all day to fix with several technicians, and would cost me over $1,800.00 and possibly even more?
I had a private HVAC technician come for a second opinion. He explained to me that my drip pan was NOT leaking. There was NO diagnostic fee. He came the same day I called him. He had the air conditioning unit fixed and up and running within an hour. I was charged $450.00. He was appalled by their billing methods.
What is the sense of having a 10 year warranty if nothing is covered? The estimate for the service they claimed was necessary would have cost me nearly one quarter of what I paid for the entire system to be installed. Why would an internal drip pan start leaking after only 4 years of use, for only 3 months of use each year?
A new plastic pipe that was clogged was installed on this unit. The pipes were cleaned out. A new sensor switch was installed. The unit needed to be pitched a bit for better drainage. I feel that this company had taken advantage of my situation. I'm a senior widow on a fixed income and could never have afforded this service. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.
I was also told that they were going to call me and try to rectify this problem after I complained. I never received a call from them.

On 9-13-24, I was grateful to receive a $160.00 visa gift card from all weather, which basically covered the cost of the original diagnostic fee charged to me. After several apologies via phone calls and emails, explaining why all the unfortunate circumstances occurred, I was mailed a gift card for the inconveniences I had experienced. This company seems to stand behind their customers, even when dissatisfied. For this reason I am changing my 1 star rating to a 4 star rating. Thank you All Weather for the Gift Card/refund.“
