Technician arrived at 8am(8-noon window). He was very respectful, professional. He diagnosed problem and also checked another problem we were having(totally unrelated). Gave us written estimate which we agreed upon. Both jobs were completed timely and we are very satisfied.

Have used Rubber Duck Plumbing numerous times, always a best quality &, done right the first time experience. This time they diagnosed and remedied low water flow/press and fixed it installing a boost pump. Not the cheapest but the quality of their workmanship is outstanding!

Toilet not working needed to be replaced. Overnigt guest arriving the next day. Rubber Duck responded to my emergency situation whitin hours. It was determined that the toilet needed to be replaced Within in a few hours the new toilet was installed and working perfectly, old toilet remove and taken away by Ruber Duck. Work area left clean. Very professional, cost was reasonsble. This is the second time I used RD and will use them in the future.
