I'm a 12 year customer who will not be going back. Their prices are very reasonable but the quality has been going downhill the last couple of years due to an ever-changing staff. It is a frequent occurrence for one person to start your services and another one to finish, which is annoying when tipping. I like to tip one large amount to the person who does my feet, fingers, and eyebrows (I only get regular manipedis, no gel). Tonight, after I had already given out this tip thinking I had the same woman throughout, suddenly a girl who I have never seen before was assigned to my eyebrows last minute. She spent roughly 2 minutes doing them (I then had to do a lot of plucking at home) and then immediately asked me for a tip, which stunned me. I had never been asked that before, especially in the middle of the floor with everyone around. I had to then fish through my wallet with wet nails to pull out the remaining cash I had left ($3, which shouldn't be bad for a $7 wax job), which she looked at nastily and immediately said something in another language. I was so shocked and embarrassed that I will never go back.

I'm always nervous trying out new nail salons because I am very picky with the salon's cleanliness, ambiance, the manicurists attitude, etc.I needed to do my nails ASAP. So I called this place in advance because I hate waiting. I got lucky when they said they could take me right away. (I got there within 5 minutes) When I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. The salon was clean and they had soft classical music in the background. James, who sits at the front did my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and got exactly what I asked for. He took his time doing my nails and I noticed him checking and paying attention to every detail as he was doing my nails. I'm happy. I would come again and I would recommenced this place. I suggest calling in advance because It did get busy after me, and I noticed other people that walked in had to wait to get their nails done.
