I cut my pinky open with a box cutter and it would not stop bleeding. As soon as I walked in I was brought to an exam room. The dr that helped me was absolutely fantastic and amazing. She was very caring, empathetic and friendly. She made me feel at ease and was able to provide the help I needed. I totally recommend CityMD Copiague Urgent Care. Thank you for all your help!
I have to say that out of all of the city MD I have been too, this is by far the best location. The office staff actually great you and are very polite. The medical staff are truly amazing in listening, examining, and explaining. Thank you for providing excellent service when we are feeling horrible.
The moment I walked in I was pleased. The receptionist was kind and understanding. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. As was the xray tech and the person who took my vitals. I'm glad my daughter suggested this place after hearing I wanted to go to a hospital. I told this to the doctor and he commented that a hospital would do the same thing but ...6 hours later... how true.
