I joined my first hot yoga class today, and I would highly recommend this as someone new to yoga!! It was such a great experience, instructors are clear and easy to follow along with, and you are free to go at your own pace without judgement. I’m excited to go back!

Ngl the the hot yoga here was HARD. I feel like their room was hotter than other yoga studios, but it was very good. I felt so defeated during class, but the instructor was kind and supportive (blonde lady). I was so amazed when I came home and felt so focused and relaxed. Even though I'm not good at it, I will come back for more. Maybe not hot yoga until I'm ready, but definitely something else. :)

My first ever hot yoga class was taken here with Dana. I was unsure what to expect and of course intimidated. She could not have been more warming, comforting, and supportive. She took the time to explain what the class is like, set my mat and towel up etc. I had an amazing experience and already looking forward to going back :)
