Let me start of by saying this, I've never in my life had a good experience at any dentist office. But this place was amazing! The front desk were very professional and caring. Dr Mamoor was very sweet! Not like other dentists I go to that are very rude, she actually cared. I ended up needing a tooth extraction and they referred me to an oral surgeon that accepted my insurance. I was able to make an appointment the same day to get the tooth extraction. Great experience, definitely will be coming here from now on.

The Wisdom Tooth is amazing; fortunately for me; they take my insurance (along with most others) - which influenced me greatly in making my decision to go there. When it comes to visiting the Dentist; I am a big coward with much anxiety - they staff, and the Dentists are amazing - and very comforting to me; knowing about my fears and concerns - most recently I had a very stubborn crown which was loose, but not able to be pulled out - Dr. Kirshenbaum is phenomenal - very patient, gentle-handed and extremely good at everything he does. He is only at the Commack location on Thursdays - but I will continue to see him there. This has been an extremely positive experience; and I feel very grateful that he was able (after much struggling) to get the crown out, and re-cement it in. He is genuine, honest, and absolutely wonderful - the rest of the staff is as well; and I will never go anywhere else again. The facility is state-of-the-art and immaculately clean! I highly recommend their services!!

Stopped in for my first appointment last week. This is one of the few dentists who accept my crappy insurance plan, so my expectations were low. The spot started out a little rough. They had put me in for the wrong date when I'd called to schedule it. But, due to a cancellation, they were able to see me when I came in anyway. The front desk person was not as welcoming as at my regular dentist, and my cleaning was not as thorough. The equipment was old, but at least it was clean. The biggest turn-off was hearing the hygienists and dental assistants gossiping in the hallway outside my exam room--super unprofessional. This was definitely a more ghetto dental office experience than I am used to, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
