“I had Michael, an arborist from Bartlett, come out to look at our sick weeping cherry tree.I had had two other tree experts here previously. The reason I was looking for a third opinion was because the two previous companies came up with entirely different diagnoses and solutions. Also, I wasn't convinced about the expertise of one of the experts, and the other expert came up with a diagnosis and solution without examining the tree.Michael, on the other hand, did a deep dive into the tree's condition, from looking at the bark, the base of the tree and inside the stems, to observing the surrounding plantings, looking at the soil makeup and moisture, and a lot more. Incredibly thorough!Additionally, Michael is just a genuinely nice guy who is obviously committed to his work that is clearly more than a job to him.I am not a family member of Michael's, and I didn't know Bartlett before calling them a couple of days ago.
