Had a great experience as a walk in with my son who was sick. The forms were easy to complete via phone and wait time was not long. The dr and staff were very nice and easy to talk to.

From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner Kammy, everyone at PM Pediatric was extremely nice, accommodating, and helpful. I brought my 10 month old in with COVID because I was concerned about her breathing being fast. I was naturally very stressed and upset, and everyone here immediately put me at ease. The wait time on a Sunday afternoon was ~15 minutes. The nurse and NP were very knowledgeable and thorough about how we should proceed. I felt as though the nurse practitioner Kammy truly listened to me, and addressed every one of my concerns. I have to say I am very happy with the care my 14 month old received at this urgent care. My son has been coughing and congested a little over a week and as a mother of 4 I felt, even though I know hes teething and this is normal, to be on the safe side I wanted him to see a Dr to rule out anything. I was able to get in and be seen very quickly on Friday evening. The Dr made me feel at ease that my son was just fine, everything clear, it is just a cold. She examined him very thoroughly and he was calm and didn’t give her a hard time at all. She advised me now since he is over 12 months I can give him cough medicine that incorporates honey in it, Zarbees or Hyland cough... read full review
