Completely smashed and running very slowly, I feared he couldn't safely handle the phone without cutting himself, nor would he be able to reach me if needed. My first reaction was to consult Apple for a repair, only to be offered an exorbitant quote and a push to get a new phone. Eric resolved these glitches like magic, a huge relief since I had thought they were means for a new phone. Since coming to Odyssey, we have been free from mechanical or software issues. My son's peers even asked if he had gotten a new phone! Eric effortlessly applied a screen protector for free, an unexpected bonus I greatly appreciated.
