I loveeee tanning at beach bum! I only go for about 2 months a year. Place is kept clean, staff is friendly. My tanning lotion lasts me a very long time. The only upset is that the bed I use, has a misting feature during each tan. There have been several instances on where more water needed to be added and I could not enjoy this feature I pay for. It really ruins the tan experience. Each employee while cleaning the bed should check the water level to make sure it's not running low!

I originally left the following review but with being contacted so quickly and treated greatly , I can say that the owner accommodated me which was much appreciated. “I used to love coming to this location because it was convenient but now i always go out of my way to go to a different location because of the customer service. There is always always an attitude presented especially within the last hour of closing/end of the day in general. You guys are specifically open until 10 which helps A LOT when having a busy schedule. Got an airbrush tan here with Nicolette. I had previously messed up on a self-tanner application and she was really helpful and evened out my mistakes. She reassured me that she knew how to fix it and even sprayed my legs twice. I was very impressed with the service. Have been using Beach Bum for years but never got an airbrush, it was definitely a great experience. Overall, the salon as a whole has never disappointed. Their spray tan machine is pretty good though sometimes I've gotten an uneven tan from them and their beds (when I used to use UV tanning) are always great with new bulbs.
