Late last night our boiler was making a high pitched noise. We called and had someone at our house in a few hours. The issue was resolved and the tech was very professional. Thank you for advertising 24/7 service and being the only company I have found that had actually followed through on it!

Always open and ready to help.Very professional and willing to correct any deficiency in my heating system (day or night). I had a new boiler sold and installed by SkaggsWalsh in October 2022 and it created a water hammer condition. They returned and re-plumbed it which corrected the problem. QUICK and CLEAN as always. Thank You to the entire staff.

I had to replace my leaking oil tank in my basement. The office staff, (especially Donna), was very patient and understood my concerns. The process to remove my old tank in sections and to put the new one in took two days. There was some confusion about the correct size tank to fit into the house, hence the two day and very cold in the house work problem. I did not leave the heat up while the workmen were going in and out the door. I did have heat while the work was not being done using my pumped out oil in barrels, temporarily.
