It's my 2nd year coming to this optometrist. The doctors are very very nice but, I like the old receptionist way better. The new young ladies have a very displeasedful tone. No smiles and very up tight. A little pricey too. You have to pay for contact trials . Many other places you don't. If you ask question the receptionist snaps with an unprofessional tone.

I went for an eye exam. Everyone was very kind and the wait time was reasonable. The office was clean. My eye exam was very thorough and nothing about the process felt rushed, all of my questions were answered, and then some. also important to note I got glasses and chose To stay within my insurance plan.At no point did I feel as if they were trying To push me into purchasing glasses or selling me any kind of product as I have experienced in the past.

Thank you Dr. Fokas and staff for your patience and positive attitude in getting me the correct RX. I appear to be an inconsistent 'test taker" -perhaps still straining my eyes during the tests (as i have had to do in life for so long with old Rx's)....and the new RX wasn't correct in 'real life" vs. in the office. It took a couple of tries, but finally got it. I loved my drive home, with finally having both eyes able to see the road signs! Thank you so much.
