Jeff Toland / Toland Construction is a great craftsman and cares about quality work. He is honest, gives quotes that are reasonable and does the work on time. The workmanship is first rate and he is a great communicator. You need to see his portfolio of projects that he has done over the past 35 years in Cold Spring, Beacon, NYC, etc., to get a sense of how devoted he is to his customers and the quality of his work. He has numerous great referrals. Note: there is a customer on here who gave a really negative review and I think from the looks of it that you should not pay any attention to it.
