Hands down best gel manicure I have ever received. Excellent attention to detail. Full manicure - no one does this anymore - other salons only buff cuticles with drill. Precision polish. Nice hand massage as well. 100% will return. Reasonable prices.

Such lovely owners - came here with my mom and daughter for a birthday nails treat and they were so wonderful to us, to my 5-year old daughter - they picked out colours to match her dress and made her feel so special.Thank you Philipstown Nails!Services: Pedicure
