We had Rapid Response waterproof our basement and install a new sump pump and sump pump pit. We had a ton of rain recently and the new drain system worked perfectly while keeping our basement completely dry. Rick and his guys were total professionals and I would definitely use them again.

Rick and his crew installed a new sump pit and pump for us last year when we moved in. Our pump failed (under warranty) and Rick came out to replace it free of charge - no service fee or anything.
