Carmine is a good man. I’m a total cidiot (moved from nyc) who bought a house in the middle of the woods with no idea what I’m really doing. Carmine has been there multiple times when we ran out of oil, and has always been beyond helpful. He’s helped me out of jams at no cost, and I have nothing but good things to say.
Verbally berated me for calling after hours despite the business being listed as open. Baited me into asking my question and then hung up on me the moment he found the opportunity. It's not worth dealing with people like him. You would have a more fruitful experience with a sack of potatoes; mostly because potatoes don't verbally attack people that want to pay them for goods and services.
This guy is extremely rude for no reason. Called to get a quote on an exhaust pipe for our oil furnace and the man was talking down to me in an extremely condescending tone until he finally laughed at me, said "im not interested" and hung up. Absolutely unprovoked and unprofessional. I always tey to support local but I can see why there such a low rating on Google for this company.
