“My nail expert was Eric, and he did an amazing job. I came home on leave from FL with a really crappy, chunky full set that I was unhappy with from another salon. They were too long, among other issues with them (way too thick, poorly done, etc).

Even though I was a walk in, Eric was able fix everything that was wrong with the nails from the other salon- he shortened them, thinned them out, and reshaped them to what I'd originally wanted! He also checked in with me several times to make sure he wasn't hurting me or anything, and he paid such close attention to every detail.

My nails are absolutely perfect now! Next time I come home to NY on leave, I'll wait to come here to get my nails done. This place is amazing! I highly recommend this salon and Eric specifically!

Requested style: I got a short, almond shaped matte black style, and they look like suede! It's fantastic, I'm so happy!

Cleanliness: This salon is very clean- they have machines in the nail tables to suck up dust, and everything is well kept.

“Daisy is a talented hairdresser! She knows her stuff and shares her skills with clients. I went in with 3b curls and used to NYC salon haircuts so the nerves were high. I was beyond satisfied with my cut from Daisy! Most importantly, she listens to her clients and does exactly what they ask. “I usually drive almost a hour to get my nails & pedicure done. I've been going to the same place for almost 14 years. I have an event to go to & was in need of a pedicure, however due to timing i couldn't go to my regular person. I searched Google for one in the area & decided on this one because of the reviews. I'm so glad I did, because I wasn't disappointed at all. When I walked in, I was amazed at how clean & neat everything was. The shop is very organized. Everyone was very friendly. I was given a bottle of water, while I waited & didn't even have to ask for it. Kevin did my pedicure & he was so professional. Not only was he professional, but he was also very patient with me because I was indecisive about what color I wanted? Thanks Kevin, I'll definitely be back!!!

“Jennifer Zello is a FANTASTIC hairstylist, helped completed by bridal bun and was great during our trial and was able to make sure the wedding day hair was perfect! She was very helpful and listened to the bride’s needs. The groom also had longer hair and needed his hair pulled back so he would not need to fuss with it and she gave him a great bun that was very fitting for the groom and didn’t take away from his appearance, it gave him a slick look that stayed secure all night! She has been my hair stylist for years and I loved having her do my bridal hair :)“

“I found Roots through a friend and was very pleased with the service and skill. I had been feeling somewhat down about the current state of my hair and needed this cut immediately. They were able to get me an appointment with a days notice. I arrived and had a short wait until Jill was ready for me. They have a cozy seating area with puzzles you can work on while waiting. Jill was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly understood. She asked me questions to clarify further and gave suggestions to better help me. We discussed changes I had noticed with my hair recently and her knowledge on the topic led to a productive conversation. I love the cut and style I left with. “I just want to say what a great find Andy’s is, in Canandaigua! My daughter and I walked in on a rainy Monday. While we waited, they let us sit in their excellent massage chairs. I had a pedicure - very thorough and careful job by my technician (Andy) and my daughter had a lovely color-changing gel manicure. Five stars for service and relaxing, friendly vibe!

“I got what seemed to be an after hours appointment for my pedicure. I get terrible calluses and hadn’t been able to do anything myself in months. I have had not so great experiences in the past when I had been in a similar situation but not at Lynn’s! It was a perfect calm for this stay at home mom and she got every calluses scrapped off. I got the gel polish and lavender spa. I also got a wonderful massage and hot rocks with a foot soak. My feet are sooooo soft!!! Will definitely be back!
