“Jennifer Zello is a FANTASTIC hairstylist, helped completed by bridal bun and was great during our trial and was able to make sure the wedding day hair was perfect! She was very helpful and listened to the bride’s needs. The groom also had longer hair and needed his hair pulled back so he would not need to fuss with it and she gave him a great bun that was very fitting for the groom and didn’t take away from his appearance, it gave him a slick look that stayed secure all night! She has been my hair stylist for years and I loved having her do my bridal hair :)“

“I found Roots through a friend and was very pleased with the service and skill. I had been feeling somewhat down about the current state of my hair and needed this cut immediately. They were able to get me an appointment with a days notice. I arrived and had a short wait until Jill was ready for me. They have a cozy seating area with puzzles you can work on while waiting. Jill was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly understood. She asked me questions to clarify further and gave suggestions to better help me. We discussed changes I had noticed with my hair recently and her knowledge on the topic led to a productive conversation. I love the cut and style I left with. I feel confident and happy with the style. Overall, I was pleased with how personable and tailored the appointment was. The pricing is great for the quality of work.“

“As a stylist of over 10 years I am extremely picky with my haircut, I have mostly cut my own hair for the last 6 years but I wanted a big chop and knew I couldn’t do it myself I had only trusted 3 people in the last 18 years to cut my hair, but I had seen pictures of hair Kayla had done so I booked an appointment with her. I had Kayla give me an asymmetrical pixie and it came out so good, just what I wanted to get my hair healthy again!“
