About Vent Fitness
Vent Fitness is a gym with two floors offering a variety of amenities. The first floor includes a tanning area, locker rooms, water fountains, massage chairs, weight machines, and a free-weight section, along with a juice bar. The second floor features a large selection of cardio machines and a group fitness studio. The gym is well-maintained with clean equipment and bathrooms. It has ample parking space. Vent Fitness offers a 7-day guest pass for $35. Members appreciate the friendly staff and the generally respectful atmosphere. However, the gym can get crowded, making it difficult to find available equipment at certain times. Some members suggest adding a feature to the Vent app to display recent check-in numbers, which would help with planning visits.
I have been going to the Clifton Park Vent for almost a year now and I am enjoying my membership. The equipment is well maintained and the locker room is always clean. I have not tried any of the classes, so I can not speak to those. I usually arrive between 730am - 830am during the week and have yet to struggle finding open equipment to use which is nice. The other members are very respectful which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is always cordial and helpful which I appreciate.

The music was a bit too loud for me but I'm 40 so that checks out too lol.The first floor has tanning, lockers rooms, water...read full review
Decent gym, but is often extremely crowded no matter how you try to time your visit. Unless you want to be there nearly 2 hrs it can be hard to have the equipment you want to use free up. The live analytics are often not accurate enough and having this instead would help a lot of people decide whether or not going at a certain time is worth it to them. It seems like not even half of the cardio equipment is used upstairs at any given time, it might be worth considering dedicating some of that space to some more machines for lifting. I bet more people than not...read full review
