Our experience at Sports Clips is usually a 4- or 5-star experience but this past visit was frustrating. I assume that the stylist was newer, which, is not a problem as I believe everyone should be given a chance to learn. However, to start things off, she put the cover on so tight. He had to ask her 3 times to loosen it "one more." Then, when she cut his hair (which was just a trim and clean up), I appreciate that she wanted my approval but I had to give more direction on fading to the longer top than I should have to give based on my lack of experience. I had a great experience! Michelle was absolutely great! Very polite and attentive, made sure everything was how i liked my haircut to be! Haircut came out great. I recommend anyone to get a haircut from her. Thank you!
