I saw Dr Jivanjee for an issue that I’ve had bothering me for almost two months now and that become really bothersome in the last couple weeks (chalazion). I’ve had these many times before, know and do all the home remedies to prevent and/or reduce them, have had many steroid shots in my eyelid and have had them excised previously, so I am very familiar with what to do at home to make them go away and I know when it’s necessary to get into a doctor for some help. Love them! Never had a bad pair of glasses from this place. Always professional and cordial. Nice selection of glasses and they let you use your old frames if they are in good condition.
As a premier healthcare provider in the Capital District, I can’t understand why they don’t have a policy for their employees, of wearing face masks if they’re ill and coughing up a storm while they work one on one with the patients. Shame on me for not asking her to wear a mask. She should have been home. And yes, I caught her illness.
