Hidden gem for fitness. Great and friendly community in the gym. Plenty of weights and equipment to fit various fitness goals and preferences. As an athlete, I include training on the large turf areas alongside strength training.

Great gym with friendly staff! They have an abundance of squat racks and free weights so you never have to wait for equipment. Nice locker rooms and saunas to relax after a long workout. The monthly rates are very reasonable too.

I truly enjoy the atmosphere here, clean facility friendly staff! I love the sauna it’s one of the great perks of healthplex! Whenever there is equipment damaged or broken it is quickly repaired! The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is I think there could be a little more equipment diversity!! Overall it’s a great gym with a great atmosphere
