Owner, Roger Bennett, reached out to me to rectify the slipperiness, the yellowing, and the delaminating problems. After coming to my residence to see the problems first hand, he agreed that my situation was completely unacceptable and that he would fix my problems as soon as practically possible.I now know that I had THE RIGHT COMPANY all along, I feel that Roger is a man of his word, I am once again impressed. Your hard earned dollars are wisely spent at VALLEY PERFORMANCE FLOORS, they stand behind their work.Valley Performance Floors epoxied my two bay garage floor in September of 2019, the final product looked great, I was a happy customer except for the floor being quite slippery when wet. As time passed, the floor near the driveway began to yellow badly and delaminate slightly, it looked terrible. After many many failed attempts to contact the owner, I finally did get an employee, to respond by coming to my house and re-coating the badly yellowed areas. The re-coating failed miserably over time and continues to this day to come off in sheets.To say that I am disappointed with this company and their final product is a gross understatement. I would never recommend Valley Performance Floors to anyone, save your hard earned money and go to a competitor.“

“Who knew that J & R Floor Covering does way more than just floors?! One day I was admiring the facelift our neighbor had done on his house. I asked him who did it for him because we loved how it turned out. That's how we found out that not only do J & R do floors, but they are also excellent renovation contractors! Ralph sent his designer over and she helped us pick out lighting fixtures, new garage doors, colors, etc. Ralph and Joe installed new shutters, replaced our rotted front step, jacked up our porch roof and installed footers under the porch (which the builder had failed to do!). They wrapped our outdated support posts, painted the front door to match the new shutters, installed a new side door to the garage, all new locksets, detail painting and repairs, six new light fixtures, beautiful new overhead doors in the garage, the works! The place looks like new! And they were so kind, considerate, professional and speedy, with great attention to every little detail. We couldn't be happier with the results!!“

“From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you“

“Ordered a carpet through one of the big box stores and had it installed by Olympic Flooring. The men that came to the house were early (which a family with little kids) is great. They were very professional and even interacted a little with my 15 month curious son. Our room is larger that the carpet ordered and we were worried about any seems, my wife got down on the floor and after a few hours still can't find the seem. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and even vacuumed the floor. An absolutely great install, will never use any other installers.“

We couldn't be any more happier with the end result. We hired precise again to come back to and do our windows and repair some T1-11 siding and the resuts of the windows are exlcellent. “We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.“
