I Had carpeting installed about 12 years ago and it has held up well with No buckling or wear.I am ready to switch to hardwood now and will be relying on their expertise and great service once more!

I recently bought a carpet here and found the service to be exceptional! From purchasing the carpet to installation, the experience was wonderful The manager answered all my questions and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Unlike other area carpet stores, the cost is straightforward-no add ons and additional expenses. The installers were professional,prompt and thorough, unlike a recent carpet purchase from Home Depot.I also had difficulty reaching someone on the phone and having calls returned, but this was my only negative interaction. I think it's because they are a small family owned business. I was happy to keep my business in the community and work with knowledgeable, professional people.

Floor Source has excellent service before and after installation. I can count on Floor Source to get the order in, get the carpet on site and installed. Even though it is a hometown business, they aim to please and are very professional.
